June was a great month for Williams Corporation with lots of sales and settlements taking place.

Starting with settlements we have had a huge month handing over keys to many happy customers throughout New Zealand, in Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington. Overall, we have had 86 settlements totaling $55,375,000! This is another huge achievement for Williams Corporation as we continue high-quality and affordable homes for customers.

 A breakdown of settlements by cities.

Auckland – 37 homes settled for $24,182,000
Wellington –  20 homes settled for $11,700,000
Christchurch – 29 homes settled for 19,493,000

Through a slow New Zealand market, we were still able to achieve a high volume of sales, recording 42 sales totaling $25,650,000! This was due to bringing the right product to market at attractive prices and in fantastic locations, showing there is still a high demand for affordable homes throughout New Zealand.
